We’re Tiffany & Josh High, Co-founders Results Driven REI and Heels Homes, ltd. Around a decade ago, we were where you are today — operating like a fly-by-night operation and wearing all the hats with inefficient processes and a business that was barely staying afloat.

Yes, this is a live training course which is typically 1.5 - 2 hours each session depending on questions. It is the first 4 weeks of the month. Currently it's Wednesdays at 2pm eastern, but if the day of the week changes, you’ll hear from our admin by email and an announcement in the Facebook™ group will be made.
We will meet Wednesdays at 2pm Eastern LIVE for the first 4 Wednesdays of the month. Typically the training is 1.5 - 2 hours a day depending on Q&A.
There are recordings in the portal for your review if needed. You will have access to the recording during the time you are in the program. You will receive an email with your login instructions after payment is received.
Yes. You can invite your business partner, I would not recommend bringing a random friend that has nothing to do with your business. We do pay you a referral fee, if you refer a friend and they join the program, ask us about it!
We encourage you to attend the sessions live and ask us there or post them in the Facebook™ group. If you are looking for further coaching, we have programs, ask us about them!
Anyone who has done a real estate transaction before and are looking to improve their systems, marketing, script, processes and dispo structure! Currently, we do not educate people who have never done a real estate deal. This program is designed for someone who has already done at least 1 real estate transaction and wants to do more!
Yes we can take someone as far they want to go. We do 20-30 flips a month and 300 a year, and we help people model our business in their area. We encourage everyone who wants to improve and scale to attend our 2 day workshop after this virtual training.
